What constitutes a "visit"?
A visit is any time a property specialist goes to the property when requested by the property owner. Visits can range from troubleshooting a property issue, fixing a property issue, support (like programming a thermostat), or routine maintenance. Additional visits are $90 per visit. What constitutes "labor"?
Labor is any work done by the property specialist on the property or in support of the residents. Each visit includes 1 hour of labor. Additional labor is $90 per hour.
